I have a question, who can I ask?

I will be around Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (except bank holidays).

Send me a message using the Contact Form, and I'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours. 

How are the items made?

 All products are checked before being sent out but if you do have any issues or faults with your product, then please contact me. 

When will I receive my order?

I aim to ship all items within 4 working days of your order. 

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order by the date expected, then please send me a message using the Contact Form and I will look into this for you ASAP. 

Where do you ship to?

I currently only ship to addresses in the UK.

Order Packaging:

Orders will be packed as follows:

  • Soft Products - Poly Bags

  • Small orders, e.g. fidget toys, Chat & Chuckle pack - Padded Envelopes

  • Large orders or non-soft products - Cardboard box

How can I pay for my order?

I accept credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.

What is your returns policy?

If any of your items are damaged or faulty, please contact me and I will either arrange for an exchange or refund. My refund and exchange policy applies to orders placed in the last 3 months.
